This movie seemingly asks, what if those intrusive thoughts about how you're going to blow up your friendship came true? No matter how stupid they are? That dumb thing you think you'll say? Well, you say it. And here are the consequences. This movie is funny and deeply uncomfortable. It's like watching Tim Robinson's character from ITYSL (which is basically Tim Robinson at this point) put in a room with well-adjusted regular people. The results are unsettling and the movie has this underlying tension under it that, admittedly, kinda fizzles at the end. But, I still enjoyed it (and made my wife watch it with me after).
